Withdrawn Proposal: 'Love All'

Whenever a Rule requires that something be both posted in the Thread and documented on the PTomic blog, the Player required to post it in the Thread posts it in either the Thread or on the appropriate page of the blog. If the Player posts it in one but, after 24 hours, not the other, any other Player may complete its documentation by posting it in the other place. It is not considered to have been posted until it is documented properly in both places.

This Rule precedes every Rule that deals with posting in the Thread or with documentation.
