Will not achieve that aim,

But clears the way for someone else

To try and fix the game.

Oscar wants to make a Rule that

Feline players should purr,

Which may have inspired deced to

Think about Schrödinger,

For deced went on to suggest

That when a vote is tied,

Both possible outcomes come true

In threads run side by side.

This Proposal found scant support,

Yet fewer did abhor it,

For, even with the Sec's urging

The vote was barely quorate.
