'Against' votes took the lead in the beginning.

'For' started to catch up, so the Rani

Offered a bribe: "Once my Proposal's winning,

I'll give your name to a robot baby."

Then millerqueen announced a celebration:

She'd almost cleared her Orange overdraft.

Deced, acting on faulty information,

Upset the Sec. (At least nobody laughed.)

A new Proposal prompted much debating,

Assorted complex equations were quoted.

Suspense resulted from the Llama's waiting

Until the last minute before he voted.
