Click on a the links below to read the full text of the Judgments and Judges' reasoning.

Judgments under consideration

(These have not yet been delivered.)

Judgments under appeal

(These do not yet govern play.)

Stable Judgments

(These  govern play.)

J1 TRUE: "It is not permitted for a Player to give Oranges to other Players except in ways defined by the Rules."

J2 FALSE: "If a Proposer sends the Answer PM to the Secretary, then it should be considered that they have also submitted the Question in accordance with the Rules."

J3 TRUE: "If, at the time at which a Player changes their vote - in accordance with All You Need Is Love -, a post between the original and the changed vote is not, legally, a vote; then that post does not count as a 'vote between the original and the new'."

J7 FALSE "The current rules forbid a player from entering a cell containing the Pot o' Gold."

J9 FALSE "The Game cannot continue because the legality of Victoria Waterfield's taking of the Oranges that were contained within the Pot o' Gold cannot be determined with finality, and/or appears to be both legal and illegal."

J10 FALSE "The legality of Victoria Waterfield's taking of the Oranges that were contained within the Pot o' Gold cannot be determined with finality."

J8 FALSE "The game cannot continue in its current state because the Pot o' Gold, the Winning Cell, and part of Victoria Waterfield's orange supply both exist and do not exist simultaneously."

J12 TRUE: "Judgment J11 was illegal: the judgment should have been 'false'."

Unstable Judgments not under appeal

(These do not  govern play.)

J11 TRUE: "A proposal is considered to be in the Pool up until the moment it is posted in the Thread as a referendum."

Judgments in limbo

(These Judgments are currently unable to be stablized, due to a hole in the Judgment process at the time they were made..)

J4 FALSE: "If the proposer of a Proposal sends a PM with an initial Answer to the Question to the Secretary, but then corrects her/himself and sends a new PM with a corrected Answer to the Secretary, and the Secretary believes that the new, corrected answer is likely to be the correct answer to the Question, and that the Proposer made the correction in good faith and not tactically based on other Players' answers to the Question in the Thread, then the new, corrected Answer sent in the most recent PM shall be considered the correct Answer to the Question."

J5 TRUE "Judgment J4 was illegal: the Judgment should have been 'true'."

J6 "Judgment J5 is illegal: the Judgment should have been 'false'."
