Statement to be judged: "The Game cannot continue because the legality of Victoria Waterfield's taking of the Oranges that were contained within the Pot o' Gold cannot be determined with finality, and/or appears to be both legal and illegal."

Judgment: False.

Judge's reasons: The statement is essentially "The Game cannot continue", followed by an explanation of why it cannot continue. It is not true that the game cannot continue because, if we pass a retroactive tidy-up Rule such as the one currently being voted on (or something similar, if Chamber Pot turns out to be flawed) before the appeals process on this statement is completed, it will indeed be able to continue. None of the indeterminately legal actions that themink describes are such as to make the current Referendum illegal or indeterminately legal, and thus Chamber Pot (or something like it) is capable of preventing the scenario that the statement claims to be the case (i.e. that the game cannot continue.)
