If a Chain has no Liberties, it's captured: Each of its Rules is then held by one of the holders of Rules orthogonally adjacent to the Chain, with probability weighted by the number of such Rules they each hold.

If otherwise simultaneous, capturing progresses from chains whose holder least recently placed a Rule on GoBoard to chains whose holder most recently placed a Rule on GoBoard.

A Ruleholder's Rule is alive if no combination of consecutive placings of Rules on the GoBoard by other holders could result in its capture.
