A Thing's position on the Board is a Dependency between it and the Cell it occupies.

Proposals, Rules, Things, and Things' Properties are protected entities.

Actions that'd modify protected entities are protected.

Protected actions can be performed only where specifically permitted. Permission to modify a given protected entity, where any Player could do so to an arbitrary degree by mere assertion, doesn't constitute specific permission.

Unprotected unprohibited actions are permitted.

An action's performed by posting a description of it in the Thread, and takes effect as soon as it's posted (in the order specified or implied in the post).

In 295, 'Moving' to 'posted.' is removed, then this sentence is removed.
