Knifebearer is initially a Size 2 nonperson fruitholder on a random empty Cell, possessing one Orange, that moves to an adjacent Cell to minimize its distance from the nearest Player, and exists only until it loses a Duel.

If a fruitholder wins a Duel with Knifebearer, they become Knifebearer.

Knifebearer may make an adjacent Cell and its contents disappear (as if by excessive Size). If that Cell contains a fruitholder, Knifebearer must have fought a duel with it during the same Move before it can make its Cell disappear.

The existing Knifebearer ceases to be Knifebearer immediately as another thing obtains the title.
