357 'Trampoline'

When rule(s) disappears from the board they are added to a second pool (The Pool of Fallen Rules) each round one of them is randomly selected to be re-voted on alongside the current proposal. When voting players must specify clearly which rule they are reffering to.

If a rule is restored it is given a random new position on the board, if it is not restored it is removed from the pool.

For a rule to be restored it needs a majority of 75%+ of the votes rather than just 50%+.
