The Secretary may request in the Thread a temporary replacement Secretary in the event of his or her absence from the Forum. The first Player to volunteer for this post shall be called Junior and be rewarded with gratitude.
If the Secretary is absent for a length of time up to twenty-one days and announces this in the Thread, Junior is responsible for all Secretarial responsibilities.
If no one agrees to be Junior, the Secretary is out of luck. Precedence is asserted over all other rules relating to Secretarial responsibilities.
