The proposer sends any other Player a PM, entitled 'Answer', containing a description of the connection between their Proposal and the Proposal's name (the Answer). The receiver of the PM doesn't open it until after the Referendum. A Guess is correct if it was the first Guess legally posted which described the connection correctly.
