339 'Player of the Week'

Every Sunday at 23:00 GMT, a random Player that's had no Proposal voted on in the past n Moves (where n's the number of Players), and that's not said they'll be on vacation during the coming week, becomes 'Goddess!Rose' for that week.
When Goddess!Rose has a Proposal that's available for selection, other Proposals are withheld and mayn't be unwithheld until Goddess!Rose's Proposal leaves the Pool by being selected or otherwise removed. If no Proposal by Goddess!Rose goes to Referendum during their week, they cease to be a Player.
Players are urged actively to encourage, support and advise Goddess!Rose on the Referendum process and their Proposal's content.
