This takes precedence over rules 293 and 296. The Winning Cell (WC) is at the center of the Board at the game’s start or upon this rule’s passage, but relocates upon any player taking the Pot o' Gold (PoG), thus: The WC’s new location is randomly chosen from the set of all Eligible Cells (ECs). An EC is any cell that’s at the exact center of a 5x5 square of cells that contains no players. If the set of ECs is empty, the WC doesn’t move. The WC’s relocation happens immediately after the relocation, if any, of the player that took the PoG. Whenever the PoG exists, it’s on the WC.
