The Board and the positions of any Players or Rule-defined things on it are documented in public view. When a Player(s) wins, a new Game begins immediately or - if a Referendum is under way - immediately after the end of the current Referendum.

On enactment of this Rule, Rules 230, 239 and 285 are repealed, then this sentence is removed from this Rule.
