During a Referendum, any Player or Potential Player may cast one legal vote either for or against the Proposal, or abstain from voting, If a post is not clearly intended as a vote for, a vote against, or an abstention, or if a post is clearly intended to apply to something other than the Proposal, then it is not a legal vote on or abstention from the Proposal. Otherwise, it is.

If a Player makes more than one post which satisfy the above criteria for legality, only the first is legal.

This Rule has retroactive application. This Rule defers to all other Rules governing the legality of votes.
