If a Player has ceased to be a member of OGF, or has ceased to be a Player for whatever reason, their Oranges are distributed amongst other players and all of their proposals in the pool are deleted. Oranges are distributed thus: All but seven (or all, if seven or fewer) are divided among the three (or more, if tied) Players with the fewest Oranges, giving the largest possible equal non-negative whole number of Oranges to each, and any positive spare Oranges to the Player who had the fewest. The remaining seven (if any) become extra Lemons to be added to the Lemon ration for the next available Lemon-giving.
