If the winner of a game is its secretary then they will not be the secretary of the next game, instead the player who has the higest number when their orange and influence scores are added together is the new secretary unless that player is the current secretary in which case it goes to second place. If multiple players are equal highest then one of them is chosen randomly, the current secretary may not be chosen in this selection.

If the secretary is one of multiple winners, a winning player other than the secretary is randomly selected.

This rule precedes Rule 122.
