279 'Baby Love'

Oranges are awarded in connection with Questions as follows: If there is no Answerer, the proposer loses 10 Oranges, and every other Player who voted loses 5 Oranges. Otherwise, the Answerer gains more Oranges the sooner they made their vote (they gain 11 Oranges, minus the ordinal position of their vote, down to a minimum of 1 Orange), and the proposer gains more Oranges the later the Answerer made their vote (they gain the ordinal position of the Answerer's vote, minus 5 Oranges.) If a proposer fails to submit an Answer PM, they lose 10 Oranges, and no other Player's Oranges are affected.
