During a Referendum, any Player or Potential Player may cast one legal vote either for or against the Proposal, or abstain from voting, by posting in the Thread. If a post is not clearly intended as a vote for, a vote against, or an abstention, or if a post is clearly intended to apply to something other than the Proposal, then it is not a legal vote on or abstention from the Proposal. Otherwise, it is a legal vote on or abstention from the Proposal. This Rule has retroactive application.

This Rule defers to all other Rules governing the legality of votes.
