During a Referendum, any Player or Potential Player may cast one legal vote either for or against the Proposal by posting their vote in the Thread. If a post is not clearly intended as a vote for or as a vote against, or if a post is clearly intended to be a vote on something other than the Proposal, then it is not a legal vote on the Proposal. Otherwise, it is a legal vote on the Proposal. This Rule has retroactive application.

This Rule defers to all other Rules governing the legality of votes.
