271 'Lovecraftian Monstrosity'

The Player whose Proposal amends, revokes or otherwise removes the last remaining Rule of the Initial Ruleset gains the title of 'PTomic Bomb', and may (on one occasion only) delete a number of Rules equal to the majority by which their Proposal was accepted by posting in the PTomic thread the phrase, "I am become Death, destroyer of Rules" and listing the Rule(s) they wish to destroy. This Rule shall be deleted from the Ruleset along with those selected by PTomic Bomb.
