The secretary can award 1 Lime after voting closes on a referendum for the player who they feel has contributed the most to the game for the duration of that referendum. The Lime may not be awarded to the Secretary unless at least two players other than the Secretary post in the thread prior to the conclusion of the Referendum to recommend that the Secretary receive the Lime. The player awarded the Lime (which is converted to an Orange for scoring purposes) is known as the Limey until another player wins the award in a future Move.
