261 'The Rodent Parasubiculum Is From Venus'

In this Rule, a group of linked Proposals is counted as one Proposal.

If a Player's last three voted-on Proposals were rejected, their Oranges are changed so that their new score is the square of their old score.

If a Player's last three voted-on Proposals were accepted, their Oranges are changed so that their new score is the square-root of their old score, but with both the real and imaginary parts of it negated (if positive), and then rounded down to the nearest more negative integer (if not an integer).

Any given Proposal can be used towards satisfying the above conditions only once.
