259 'Bye-Bye Love'

If the Secretary ceases to be a Player or resigns as Secretary before a Game has concluded, the Player whose influence score is closest to that of the former Secretary becomes the new Secretary. In the event of a tie, whichever tied Player has most Oranges becomes the new Secretary. If a tie still results, the tied Player whose OGF username comes first alphabetically becomes the new Secretary.

Once the new Secretary has been selected, all Rules which had belonged to the former Secretary belong to the new Secretary.
