225 'We Three Kings'

Removes 206

In the event of 'unsporting conduct', hereafter meaning 'any play which is within the letter, but not the spirit of the rules', any Player may call 'foul' on any other (including the Secretary: if the Secretary is the accused or the plaintiff, five players must volunteer themselves, one of whom is randomly designated the secretary's deputy). When a foul is called, play continues, but parallel to the game a council is convened composed of the first four Players to volunteer their judgement, and the Secretary or their appointed deputy. The council debates, in the Thread, the accusation and, finding it to be valid (decided through a public vote, with a simple majority 'winning'), are empowered to levy a penalty of five Points from the accused. If the council find in favour of the accused, the council is dissolved and no further action is taken.

Neither the accused nor the plaintiff may be in the council, nor may any player join in any three consecutive councils.

If after 72 hours there are fewer than four Players willing to volunteer (or fewer than five Players, when the Secretary is plaintiff or accused), then as long as there is at least one the judgment goes ahead with only the current volunteers judging. If nobody has volunteered themself within 72 hours the first Player to do so must make a judgement in either the same post they volunteer themself or in their next post in the thread.
