221 'Taking Care of Christmas'

From 00:00 G.M.T. on the 24th of December to 23:59 G.M.T. on the 26th of December, all play in the PTomic thread shall be suspended. Any post made in the PTomic Thread during this period by any member of Outpost Gallifrey shall not be considered part of the Game. For the purposes of any element of the Game involving a time limit, 00:00 G.M.T. on the 27th December shall be held to be the minute immediately succeeding 23:59 G.M.T. on the 23rd of December. This Rule takes precedence over all rules except Rule 213.
