[The thing:] All Proposals are accompanied by a Question, posed by the Player who proposed the Proposal. Any Player, other than the proposer, may accompany their legal vote on the Proposal with a Guess at the answer to the Question, which must be presented in the same post as the vote and on its own within [spoiler] tags. After voting is completed, the Player who made the first legally correct Guess is deemed the Answerer. The Answerer is called 'Wise', and enjoys the right to have that epithet (or any other epithet denoting wisdom) invariably attached to their name for the remainder of the Game.
[Scoring:] Additionally, Points are awarded, thus: If there is no Answerer, the proposer loses 10 Points, and every other Player who voted loses 5 Points. Otherwise, the Answerer gains Points such that they gain more Points the sooner they made their vote (they gain 11 Points, minus the ordinal position of their vote, down to a minimum of 1 Point), and the proposer gains more Points the later the Answerer made their vote (they gain the ordinal position of the Answerer's vote, minus 5 points.) If a proposer fails to submit a Question as specified below, they lose 10 Points, and no other Player's Points are affected.
[Implementation:] The proposer poses the Question, before voting on a Proposal begins, by sending the Secretary two Private Messages. One, entitled 'Question:' and then the name of the Proposal, contains only the text of the Question. The other Private Message, entitled 'Answer:' and then the name of the Proposal, contains only the text of the Answer to the Question. The Secretary opens the Question message only after the Proposal has been selected, and posts the Question in the Thread at the same time as they announce the start of voting on the Proposal.
After voting on a Proposal has been completed, the Secretary - for the first time - opens the Answer message for that Proposal, and compares it to the Guesses given during voting. A Guess is correct if it was the first Guess legally posted which contains all (and no more than) the same letter(s), numeral(s) and space(s) (if any) in exactly the same order as in the true Answer. (Punctuation, uppercase/lowercase, and any other symbols or attributes are considered irrelevant for this purpose.)
