By Referendum: REJECTED
Removes 110
Following the declaration of the result of a Referendum, Points are awarded, thus: If the Proposal is rejected, then the Player who submitted the Proposal loses 10 Points. If the Proposal is accepted, then the Player who submitted the Proposal gains a random number of Points between 1 and 10 inclusive, and each Player who voted against the Proposal gains 'n' Points, where 'n' is 11 minus the ordinal number of the Player's vote within the Referendum, down to a minimum of 1.
For example, if a Player cast the 5th vote in a Referendum (and their vote was 'against' and the proposal was accepted), they would receive (11 - 5 = ) 6 points. Conversely, if they cast the 10th or later vote (and their vote was 'against' and the proposal was accepted), they would receive 1 point.
